Terms of Service

NVR Dream House Engitech Pvt. Ltd. is a licensed architectural and structural engineering company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U68200BR2025PTC079521). Our professional offerings include:

• 2D Vastu Floor Planning (₹10 / Sq.Ft): Cardinal alignment, room zoning, circulation paths, setback markings, and door/window schedules.
• Standard Package (₹20 / Sq.Ft): Structural drawings & details (with report), exterior elevations & details, electrical & plumbing drawings, and material estimation.
• Advance Package (₹45 / Sq.Ft): Comprehensive turnkey architectural design dossier including interior design with full execution details.
• Full Turnkey Civil Execution: Construction execution under registered project engineers, itemized BOQs, and quality checklists.

To enable precise engineering and error-free execution, the client agrees to:

• Boundary Verification: Provide verified boundary measurements, site photographs, khatiyan/registry records, and front road width confirmation.
• Site Access: Grant unimpeded access for our surveying engineers to conduct total station surveys or physical verification where commissioned.
• Easement Disclosures: Disclose any known underground utility easements, high-tension lines, or municipal setback reservations affecting the parcel.

All original architectural blueprints, structural drawings, AutoCAD (.dwg) files, 3D rendering assets, and engineering calculation models prepared by NVR Dream House Engitech Pvt. Ltd. remain the exclusive intellectual property of the firm under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Upon settlement of full professional fees, the client is granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to construct one residential or commercial building solely on the specified plot. Re-selling, replicating, or using the drawings for a different site without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Each design package includes structured revision rounds to refine the layout before structural engineering lock-in:

• Initial Concept: Delivered within 24 to 48 working hours following receipt of plot dimensions.
• Minor Adjustments: Up to 3 iterations for room sizes, partition relocations, or door positions are included free of cost.
• Structural Lock: Once structural beam and column reinforcement drawings are finalized and certified, fundamental layout revisions requiring recalculation of axial loads will attract supplementary drafting charges.

We draft all maps in strict conformity with the Bihar Building Byelaws and PMC Master Plan parameters. However, municipal sanctions, NOC approvals (Fire, Airport Authority, Pollution), and legal title endorsements remain under the sovereign purview of urban local bodies. Timelines for municipal committee approvals are determined by regulatory authorities.

Structural stability blueprints assume standard Soil Bearing Capacity (SBC) unless a formal geotechnical soil report is commissioned. We disclaim liability for structural distress resulting from unapproved site alterations by local mason contractors, deviation from specified steel grades (Fe 550D / M25 concrete), or unauthorized vertical floor additions beyond the certified structural design.
